I am an active member of the DMA Data Council, chairing the Councils communications and events working party and editing the Councils quarterly newsletter. I work under the premise that engaged customers bring increased loyalty and drive incremental revenue & profit. I have found that loyalty programmes we have run for many of our partners have delivered uplift in ATV of up to 60% and up to 80% in ATF, delivering outstanding ROI for them.
