Luke Frandrup is the group vice president of customer success for Digital River, a leading Commerce-as-a-Service provider. In his role, he is charged with helping to define and optimize global, direct-to-consumer online strategies for Digital River’s marquee enterprise clients, ensuring precise adherence to ecommerce and emarketing best practices. In prior roles, he developed expertise launching direct ecommerce operations for top tier branded manufacturers, electronics companies, and Fortune 100 games and software publishers, such as Electronic Arts, Microsoft, Samsung and Symantec, guiding their businesses through rapid expansion to new global markets. Frandrup has been in the ecommerce industry for 15 years and lived and worked in the U.S. and London.
