Tracy Steele joined Netscout in 1995 and advanced from director and then VP of manufacturing, to his current combined responsibility of worldwide technical support and training. As VP of Global Technical Services and Training, Steele is passionate about exceeding the customer’s expectation by reducing the steps and complexity of providing services. Steele’s approach is to journey map business processes end-to-end with an empathetic view that reinforces his business mantra of the ABC’s of exceptional service are to “Always Be Connecting.”
